Weng S. Cha, M.S. |
|
Weng S. Cha is a clinical hypnotherapist
with advanced training in Ericksonian approaches
to psychotherapy and
traditional hypnotherapy, and prior graduate training in
neuroscience
and education at the National University of
Singapore.
By adopting an integrative
approach that utilizes his clients' experience, improvements on
some
psychological (e.g., anxiety), psychosomatic (e.g., chronic pain), and
psychosocial
(e.g., relationship) issues could be achieved through a
combination of hypnotherapy and
psychoeducation. However, some
individuals would have to be referred to an experienced psychologist or
psychiatrist if the former's conditions should require him to do so. If
you
have a condition that could be treated by hypnotherapy, holistic
clinical intervention may
help you to resolve a longstanding
issue, experience empowerment, and possibly progress
toward self-actualization! Insights arising from optimal absorption and
utilization during
hypnosis may nurture creativity, consolidate
attentional resources, and enhance perception
of subjective well-being
among individuals who so desire.
Besides promoting goodwill
and well-being with his clients, Weng also enjoys swimming,
reading
psychology, and listening to music during his leisure hours.
When you’re
aligned with your higher self and your life-purpose, miraculous things
happen.
